The humble garden pea is a wonderful ingredient with a fantastic fresh flavour. As part of our Overwinter programme, Seedlip Drinks – the world’s first distilled non-alcoholic spirit – will be hosting a workshop on 24 March to celebrate the power of the pea by demonstrating how peas can be used to make elegant, sophisticated cocktails at home or for a garden party, and they’re giving away free tickets!
Over the course of the workshop you will taste, and learn how to make, four cocktails that champion the different stages in the life-cycle of the pea from pea seeds and pea shoots, through to fresh peas and spent pea pods.
