Friends Private View | What to Look for in the Garden: A Ladybird Books Exhibition

Friends of the Garden Museum are invited to a private view of our upcoming exhibition, What to Look for in the Garden: A Ladybird Books Exhibition.

Take a wander down the garden path with Ladybird Books this summer, in a nostalgic exhibition celebrating the iconic illustrated books and the impact they made in teaching children about the natural world. The instantly recognisable artwork from the ‘golden age’ of Ladybird Books will be discovered by a whole new generation of children in this family-friendly exhibition showing at the Garden Museum from 31 July – 27 October 2019.

Friends plus one guest are welcome to bring their children or grandchildren along to explore the exhibition at this exclusive Friends private view. Our Curator, Eleanor Black, will lead tours suitable for adults and older children at 5.45pm, 6.15pm and 6.45pm.

Register to attend a tour:
5.45pm
6.15pm
6.45pm

The Garden Café will also be open serving delicious dinner and drinks throughout the night, booking highly recommended – book a table.
