As a thank you for your ongoing support, Friends of the Garden Museum are invited to a private view of 'Play, Protest and Pelicans: A People's History of London's Royal Parks' and for an evening of winter wonder.

Tours of Royal Parks Exhibition
6.45pm, 7.15pm and 7.45pm

Join Curator, Emma House, for a private tour of our next major exhibition. First come first served, tours will last 20-30 mins

Mince Pie Making
Drop in between 6.30pm – 8.15pm

Garden Cafe Head Chef, Harry Kaufman, will teach you how to make his famous mince pies, and how the secret is in the shortcrust…

Secrets of the Archives and Stores
Drop in 6.30pm – 8.15pm

Garden Museum Archivist, Rosie Vizor, will lead Friends through some of the most exciting parts of our archive of garden design, from a first edition copy of Gerard’s Herbal to Russell Page’s bright pink plastic fountain he proposed for Central Park…!

Wreath Decorating
Drop in between 6.30pm – 8.15pm

Join British Flowers Week florist Ruth Davis, All For Love, for a session on how to decorate your own beautiful Christmas wreath. Spaces limited.

Intro to Rudi Patterson  
7.00pm and 7.45pm 
Broadcaster and historian, Wesley Kerr OBE, will introduce you to Rudi Patterson, the subject of our Magazine Space exhibition. Patterson was a model and actor from Jamaica who turned to painting the gardens he remembered from the Caribbean after a water ski accident. Spaces limited.
