Freud’s Fruit Cookery Workshop Series | Tangerine

To coincide with the Garden Museum’s forthcoming exhibition ‘Lucian Freud: Plant Portraits’ this series of daytime cooking classes led by Garden Museum Food Educator and Chef Ceri Jones, will explore cooking with some of the fruits Lucian Freud captured in his still life work.

Each of the fruits we have chosen from his work, take us seasonally through autumn to winter and are paired with complementary ingredients to create a two course vegetarian lunch which you will enjoy after a hands on class learning how to cook it.

Classes are small with just 6 participants and take place in our learning studio kitchen at the Museum.

This class is a combination of hands on and demo by Ceri.

Menu – Tangerine 19th January 11-1pm
