Super Nature has now been postponed until 10-11 October 2020, with this workshop now taking place on 11 October at 11am. All tickets purchased (including those for this workshop) are still valid for these new dates, and ticket holders have been contacted.
Focused on drawing technique and observational studies of seasonal plants and foliage, during this workshop you will discover how to make beautiful botanical entries into your own sketchbooks or paper provided. With botanical illustrations and informative note making, learn how to make a visual diary to treasure, and reflect back upon for years to come.
Throughout the workshop beyond using pencil we will also be using a wonderful Oak Gall Ink, foraged from woodlands in Cornwall. Oak Gall ink is a historical and indelible ink dating back centuries to create manuscripts and other documents of great importance, making a complimentary addition as a medium for botanical illustrations.
Materials will be provided and you will be amazed how quickly you can produce a beautiful illustration to take home.
All levels of experience welcome.
