Refund and Returns Policy

If you are not happy with something you have purchased from our Online shop, please read below.

All sales are final, however, if your product is defective or damaged in transit, please email us within 28 days of receipt of purchase to info@gardenmuseum.org.uk to let us know of the damage and we will then refund your order minus the original shipping cost. Please include a photo if you can, to show the problem/damage.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s).

EU customers who choose to return their item(s), your refund will include any outbound delivery charge paid at the time of purchase. Returns cannot be exchanged in the Museum Shop.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
