Events Catering Manager

We’d love to hear from you if you have worked in restaurants and have the experience, passion, organizational flair and personal flexibility to deliver amazing in-house catered events for clients.

This is a fantastic role for the right person with both client relationship and practical organisational talents as the Events Catering Manager effectively leads from concept, to planning and booking resources, to then being present at the occasion itself (private dining, parties, wedding receptions etc) there-by ensuring smooth event delivery on the day

The Ideal Candidate:
• Will have solid Restaurant Events and Organisational experience, demonstrated by a strong track record of successfully booking and delivering Events, ranging from canapé receptions to celebration dinners.
• Strong communication & Interpersonal skills – able to build & maintain effective working relationships
• Highly organized, with an eye for detail
• Impeccable presentation skills
• A good understanding of food, ingredients, menus and the workings of a commercial kitchen
