On Sunday afternoons over the summer, we will be running art sessions inspired by our exhibition and the book 'The Secret Garden'.
Tell an abbreviated version of the story of The Secret Garden with activities and games that go along with each part. For example, imagine and draw the garden abandoned and overgrown and then what it looks like when it is being used again. Think about what children would do in the garden and play in their very own garden, acting this out and drawing it.
This session will be run by Florence Goodhand-Tait, an artist and freelancer who regularly works with Art in the Park in Burgess Park.
Suitable for ages 5-10.
