For our first Garden Café Supper Club of the year, we are exploring the North Western Spanish region of Galicia.
We’ll be serving a four course sharing menu of traditional Galician dishes – it’s an area famous for its rustic cuisine, food which emphasises bold flavours and is founded on time-honoured cooking techniques.
Galicia is abundant in fantastic produce, the stormy Atlantic waters providing wonderful seafood, and its unusually wet climate make it perfect for growing fantastic fruit and vegetables.
