This workshop is part of the Herbival programme
Ever wanted to learn how to make your own essential oils from herbs you can grow in your garden? Now is your chance!
Join Claire Blackie for an introduction to essential oils, what they are, how they are made and how they work. We will explore four essential oils in depth and their health and wellbeing benefits. We will look at different methods of using essential oils safely. Everyone will learn how to blend essential oils and create two beautiful products to take home- a wellbeing pulse point roll on and a bath/body oil.
Each participant will receive a workshop kit with
4 mini essential oils
an Introduction to Aromatherapy guidebook
a 10ml blank pulse point roll on
60 ml organic base oil

About Herbival
A new herbal celebration from the Garden Museum, Herbival puts herbs centre stage. We’ll be shining a light on where to find them, how to grow them and their countless, often long-forgotten uses. Visitors will be able to take part in tastings, talks, pressings, practical workshops and more, and there’ll be shopping too from a carefully curated edit of botanically-led brands.
