Branch Out x Peckham Life Drawing | Nature & Nurture

This Life Drawing workshop is part of the Garden Museum's new Branch Out programme, a series of free events and activities exploring gardening, art, floristry, plant science, history, design, and more!

Nurture your creative talents through new experiences of observation, embodiment(s) and mark making with Peckham Life Drawing.

Drawing inspiration from the Garden Museum this event will be a celebration of nature and nurture, the session will encompass a life model, drawing, and movement which will include both short and long poses.

A unique drawing experience, for your folio or fun, whether you are an experienced artist or first-time creative it is suitable for all abilities. We are very excited about all the drawing/s that grows from this collaboration. And, please remember to consider your own wellbeing needs when taking part, especially in regards to movement.

Perhaps focusing on (enjoying) the experiences of drawing and not just the outcomes? Peckham Life Drawing is created and facilitated by artist Lucie Russell (MA RCA). Working with life models and looking beyond just observation to offer diverse experimental drawing experiences that creatively celebrate and further life drawing practices for everybody.
