This workshop is part of the Garden Museum's new Branch Out programme, a series of free events and activities exploring gardening, art, floristry, plant science, history, design, and more!
Come and create a whimsical Japanese plant binding Kokedama!
Join us for a hands-on workshop where you’ll learn the art of creating beautiful Kokedama plant arrangements. Kokedama, meaning “moss ball”, is a traditional Japanese gardening technique that involves binding plant roots with soil and moss, creating a unique and eye-catching hanging Kokedama. In this in-person event, you’ll get to unleash your creativity and craft your own Kokedama to take home.
Don’t miss this opportunity to connect with nature and explore a new way of showcasing plants.
This session is part of a seasonal Branch Out series.
Our Branch Out programme has been made possible thanks to funding from Arts Council England.
