Join Faye Matloub, a creative chef and artist (@edible.mediums), and the Iraqi Seed Collective for an incredible collaboration celebrating the Iraqi Aswad seed (aubergine). This workshop will introduce you to the Iraqi Seed Collective, which is based in Iraq, followed by a cooking class where you’ll learn how to make Tepsi Baytinjan, an Iraqi dish that commemorates the Aubergine.
