Update 23/3/20: The Garden Museum is currently temporarily closed. We hope to open again as soon as possible. Please follow our digital channels for the latest updates, and to explore our exhibitions and collections.

Many of our upcoming public programmes are being postponed. All ticket holders are being contacted via email if their event is being postponed, and their tickets will be valid for the new date, or can be transferred to a new event of their choice.

Our refund policy for talks and workshops, for garden visits and the Literary Festival continues to be as follows: if you cancel more than 28 days in advance of the event you receive a credit note to the full value valid for one year which can be redeemed against a future event of your choice. If an event is cancelled or you are unable to attend the new date, we can refund your ticket, or issue you with a credit note.
