The humble garden pea is a wonderful ingredient with a fantastic fresh flavour.
Join Seedlip Drinks, the world’s first distilled non-alcoholic spirit, for an evening celebrating the power of the pea and learning how peas can be used to make elegant, sophisticated drinks at home or for a garden party.
Over the course of the workshop you will taste, and learn how to make, four cocktails that champion the different stages in the life-cycle of the pea from pea seeds and pea shoots, through to fresh peas and spent pea pods.
