Join us for our May half term family cookery workshop, for chefs aged 5-8 (and their carers)
With talk of garden parties in the air due to our Cecil Beaton’s Garden Party Exhibition, throughout half term our cookery workshops will focus on simple recipes that you can enjoy at your own garden parties or picnics.
Recipes (to be confirmed)
– Mini asparagus tarts
– Root vegetable ‘not-sausage’ rolls
– Tomato and mozzarella skewers
– Berry lemonade slushie
During the session chefs will learn valuable knife skills using age appropriate knives, how to measure out ingredients and how to read a recipe.
At the end of the class we will sit down together to enjoy our meal.
This is family cookery class, designed for children aged 5 – 8 (and older) who attend with supervision. Everyone is encouraged to get stuck into the cooking. Only children require a ticket.
