Join Wolves Lane Flower Company for an evening of flowery abundance learning how to arrange beautiful garden flowers into a vase for your home, talking seasonality and sustainability and working with buckets of London grown summer blooms.
Taking inspiration from John Leigh-Pemberton’s colourful paintings from The Ladybird Book of Garden Flowers, we’ll show you how to cut and condition your stems and arrange them into a glass vase, using a technique that you’ll be able to replicate at home again and again. The flowers and vase will be yours to keep so please bring a sturdy bag or free hands so that you can carry your flower loot home with you at the end of the evening.
A glass of wine or non-alcoholic beverage will be provided upon arrival and attendees will have the opportunity to see What to Look For in the Garden: A Ladybird Books Exhibition on display in the museum as part of their ticket.
