Ten Things I Learned About Humphry Repton

In this talk, Christopher Woodward, Director of the Garden Museum and architectural historian, shares what he’s learned in two years in the footsteps of Humphry Repton leading up to the Museum’s exhibition of the great landscape designer’s Red Books, Repton Revealed.

From his unbuilt visions for London to his son writing the first history of beards, from romantic poetry to peep shows, Repton’s rich and surprising life is a joy to explore.

The ticket price includes admission to the exhibition which closes 3 February 2019.
