Alice Vincent of Noughticulture is back on stage at the Museum with an evening dedicated to new ideas and approaches in floristry.
She will interview Camila Klich and Marianne Mogendorff from Wolves Lane Flower Company, joint-winners of the British Flowers Week competition held at the Museum recently, who grow all their flowers from seed; alongside Sarah Diligent, who established Floribunda Rose in 2014 and is a passionate spokesperson for British-grown cut flowers.
They’ll talk about their careers before floristry, their approach to design, and how to make a career.
For Q&A they will be joined by Shane Connolly of Shane Connolly & Co., who combines a reputation as one of the world’s most in-demand floral designers with an advocacy for not just British-grown flowers but the meaning and art of flowers.
This is the fourth in a series of lectures looking at urban gardening for the new generation, curated by Alice Vincent (Author of How to Grow Stuff: Easy, no stress gardening for beginners, and writer for The Telegraph).
