On Thursday 16 May the Museum will close at 4.00pm for a private event. The Café will finish serving lunch at 2pm, with cake and coffee being served until 3pm.

We are open:

Sunday - Friday* 10.30am - 5.00pm (The cafe closes at 4.30pm).

Saturday 10.30am - 4.00pm (cafe closes at 4pm).

We are open on both May Bank Holiday Mondays 2013.

Please note that the Museum runs a series of talks, symposia and events which affect opening times for the museum in general and on occasion, the cafe. 

*The Museum is closed on the first Monday of every month, with the exception of the May Bank Holiday Monday when the Museum will be open.
*During symposia the museum is closed all day.
*Please note the cafe closes at 4pm for some talks and events.

In addition, the Museum will be closed for private events on the following dates:
