Join us on Thursday 4th October for a dinner with a difference, when for one night only The Garden Café team will be joined by Tony Conigliaro’s Drink Factory team to serve up a unique four-course menu with paired cocktails.

Led by seasonality and taking cues from the ingredients available in the museum gardens, the one-off menu has been designed in collaboration with the world-renowned Drink Factory to offer a unique evening of innovative drinking and dining.

The menu will include Mallard liver parfait with pickled cherry; Crab and sweetcorn served alongside Wild mushroom and Jerusalem artichoke broth; Mallard, quince and cobnuts or Celeriac pommes anna; and Fig leaf panna cotta. Each course will be paired with an specially-created cocktail from the Drink Factory. Vegetarian options will be available for each course.

Tickets are priced at £55 per person, including four courses and four paired drinks.
Tables are available for groups of up to 6 guests at 6.30pm, 7pm, 7.30pm and 8pm.
