Cookery Class | Frank Walter’s Food | 23.1.24

This cookery class is part of the the programme of events surrounding the Garden Museum’s Frank Walter: Artist, Gardener, Radical exhibition.

Join us for a series of cooking classes for adults exploring the edible ingredients Frank Walter was inspired to capture in his artworks such as aubergine, avocado, coconut, hibiscus, passion fruit and persimmon. Learn about these ingredients, how to prepare, cook and use across a variety of internationally inspired recipes. Each hands-on class includes a savoury main dish, side and a dessert.

In each class you will learn to cook all the recipes before sitting down to enjoy a vegetarian lunch together.
