Do you know your courgette from your cucumber, your coriander from your parsley, or your Nigella seeds from black sesame? Inspired by Nicola Davies’ book Lots: The Diversity of Life on Earth. In this class we will explore the topic of plant diversity in the kitchen, by looking at and cooking with ingredients that look the same but are different. We’ll also count the plant diversity across our dishes.
