British Orchards & Cooking with Fruits – Morning Session
This is the first in a two part cooking workshop, inspired by the Museum’s exhibition ‘Tradescant’s Orchard’. In this session designed for adults we’ll use fruit from late-summer orchards as our main ingredient. The session will take place in the Museum’s new food learning studio kitchen where we’ll cook and then sit down to eat together. Our morning session will include a tour of the exhibition followed by a workshop on ‘seasonal salads and sensational dressings’.
This ticket is for the morning session, but you can also buy a ticket to our afternoon session; the focus of the afternoon will be ‘pies, pudding and preserving’ using the glut of summertime fruit.
Participants are able to visit the Museum after the workshop.
