Sutton Seeds Prize Teapot
This prize teapot was awarded to Cloverly Farmers club for “the best 3 acres of Suttons swede”. Suttons Seeds was founded in Reading in 1806 by John Sutton (1777-1863). In 1858 the company received royal patronage when Queen Victoria requested Suttons to supply seeds to the royal household.
