Diary of William Pamplin the Elder

In the early 19th century Pamplin established a nursery in the Kings Road, Chelsea. In 1825 the land was bought by developers and he moved to Lavender Hill, Battersea. This diary records the planting and ordering of plants with observations of the political events of the time in which he lived.
