Job Vacancies

Volunteers

The Garden Museum is always looking for volunteers to help at the front desk and in the garden.  We rely on the support of volunteers to welcome and guide visitors, help in the Museum shop and put their gardening skills to use in maintaining the Museum gardens.

It is a great way to learn new skills – whether it is learning about the history of the building to explain to visitors or how to look after a historic knot garden, the opportunities are there to be explored!

Our wonderful team of volunteers are enthusiastic, friendly and helpful – if you feel that you fit that description and would like to join us, please fill out an application form today!  Whether you can work one morning a week or one day a month, every volunteer makes a difference.

Weekend Front Desk Volunteers

Can you work one Saturday or Sunday a month?  We are particularly looking for weekend volunteers at the moment, so please apply if you have any weekend time to spare.

To apply please download, complete and return the Volunteer Charter and Application form.

Thank you.

This is a wonderful opportunity to work in one of London's most beautiful gardens.  The Horticultural Team meet every Tuesday and Saturday when they get their hands dirty and make our Museum and Gardens look wonderful.

We are operating a waiting list at the moment for volunteers but if you are a trained (or in training) horticulturalist and keen to join our lively group then please complete the application form below and we'll get back to you - please email to info@gardenmuseum.org.uk.
