At 18.30 Amanda Harlech will introduce Alistair O'Neill (Reader in Fashion History and Theory at Central Saint Martins), Tim Walker (Photographer) and Sam Mcknight (Hair Stylist) to talk Chanel and the Camellia, Punk and Flowers, and how Sam got his Darling buds in Vogue...
Tim Walker’s photographs have entranced the readers of Vogue, month by month, for over a decade. Extravagant staging and romantic motifs characterise his unmistakable style.
Sam McKnight is one of the most accomplished and well respected hair stylists of his generation. He has won countless awards styling hair for magazines, runways and red carpets.
Alistair O’Neill is Reader in Fashion History and Theory at Central Saint Martins. He is the author of London - After a Fashion (Reaktion Books, 2007) and writes widely on contemporary fashion.
Amanda Harlech is a creative consultant and writer with a long association with the couturiers John Galliano and Karl Lagerfeld.
